CUSTOMER POLICY AGREEMENT — NAILS SALON

We are committed to providing high-quality service and a professional environment for all clients. To ensure clarity and fairness, please carefully review the following policies before receiving services at our salon.


1. No Lawsuits After Leaving the Salon
  • By leaving the salon premises, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the services provided.
  • Once services are completed and the customer has exited the salon, no legal claims, disputes, or lawsuits may be initiated regarding the services received.
  • If you have concerns or are unsatisfied, you must notify us immediately before leaving the salon.
2. No Chargebacks or Bank Disputes
  • Once payment is made by credit/debit card, you agree not to file any chargebacks or disputes with your bank or credit card provider for services received.
  • All payments are considered final and non-refundable once services have been rendered and confirmed.
  • Any service issues should be resolved directly with the salon, not through third-party financial institutions.
3. Service Warranty
  • Gel and acrylic services come with a limited warranty of 3–7 days, depending on the service type (ask technician for details).
  • Warranty covers only service-related issues (e.g., lifting or chipping due to application error).
  • It does not cover breakage, lifting, or damage caused by customer misuse, accidents, or improper care.
4. No Refunds
  • We do not offer refunds on any services once they are completed.
  • If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving so we can make appropriate corrections.
5. Personal Responsibility
  • Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. The salon is not liable for lost or stolen items.
  • If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or prior negative reactions to nail products, please inform us beforehand so we can offer suitable alternatives.
6. Code of Conduct
  • All customers are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating aggressive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.
